We are pleased to offer a free half-hour initial consultation. Please call to make an appointment.

To maximize your consultation, prepare your questions in advance and bring all documents relating to your case or transaction with you for our review.

Once we meet with you to discuss your case, we make a determination as to what your initial retainer will be.*  Our retainer will depend upon several factors including what you are hiring us to do and how involved your case is.

*We do not accept cases on a contingency basis.

Your retainer is due when you decide to retain our firm and are prepared to sign our written retainer agreement.

We cannot retain any of your documents or commence work on your file until our retainer agreement is signed and our retainer fee is paid.

We are conveniently located in Augusta, New Jersey next to the Augusta post office and near the New Jersey State Trooper Barracks. We are less than 10 minutes from the Sussex County Courthouse which saves you in travel fees should a court appearance be required.
